Sam Archer

Sam has been managing properties since 1995 with the purchase of his first investment property and has been actively engaged as a property manager since then for multiple investor clients.

Sam is a long-time Austin resident, having come to Austin in 1993 to earn a Masters in Public Affairs from UT after spending two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central America. Sam has a bachelors degree from Harvard University.

Sam is very active in public service and serves on several boards in the greater Austin community.

Valerie Romero

Valerie has been managing properties for the last 10 years with an eye for detail and value creation. She has an extensive background in strategic marketing, financial management and process improvement.

Valerie has held marketing management positions at Motion Computing and Pfizer and financial management positions at Dell and Intel. Her experience spans a variety of Fortune 500 companies as well as small start-up companies that are world class leaders in their respective industries.

She received her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of New Mexico and her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
